At ASOLeap ("we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind the quality of our App Store Optimization (ASO) services for iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS apps. This Warranty Policy outlines the guarantees we provide for our Services, including conditions, limitations, and the process for making claims. By using our Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty guarantees the ongoing effectiveness of our ASO services, subject to the terms below. Specifically:

  • If your app's rankings or visibility decline due to factors within our control (e.g., outdated optimization strategies we provided), we will perform additional optimizations at no extra cost to restore performance.
  • Coverage includes keyword adjustments, metadata refreshes, and basic campaign tweaks to maintain organic rankings and downloads.
  • We aim to ensure sustained results, but note that app store algorithms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) can change independently, affecting outcomes.

This warranty applies only to paid ASO services and does not guarantee specific rankings, download numbers, or immunity from external changes.

Warranty Period

Our warranty is provided for the lifetime of your app, as long as:

  • You maintain an active relationship with us (e.g., no termination of services).
  • The app remains compliant with app store guidelines.
  • No major changes are made to the app (e.g., rebranding, category shifts) without our consultation.

If your app is removed from stores or discontinued, the warranty ends.

Eligibility and Conditions

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • You must have completed payment for the initial ASO services.
  • Provide evidence of the issue (e.g., app analytics showing decline post-optimization).
  • Notify us within 30 days of noticing the problem.
  • Allow us reasonable time (up to 14 days) to investigate and implement fixes.
  • Comply with our recommendations during the warranty process.

We reserve the right to determine if the issue falls under warranty based on our review.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Declines due to app store algorithm updates, policy changes, or external factors (e.g., competition, user reviews).
  • Issues from client modifications to the app, metadata, or keywords without our approval.
  • Non-ASO related problems (e.g., app bugs, server issues).
  • Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
  • Services provided for free or under promotional offers.

We do not offer cash refunds under this warranty; remedies are limited to service adjustments.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us via email at support@asoleap.com with your order details, app URL, description of the issue, and supporting data (e.g., screenshots of rankings).
  2. Our team will review your claim within 5-7 business days and respond with next steps.
  3. If approved, we will schedule optimizations and monitor results.
  4. If denied, we will explain the reason and offer alternative solutions if applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Warranty Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Updates will be posted here with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
