Refunds

  • If a service package cannot be fully completed, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, tracked via our progress monitoring system. For example, if 70% of the agreed tasks are completed, you will receive a refund for the remaining 30%.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation of your service package within 12 hours of the initial purchase. During this period, we will process the cancellation and credit the remaining balance to your account.

  • The credited balance can be used to select an alternative service package that better suits your needs.

Progress Monitoring

  • Our progress monitoring system provides real-time updates on your service package’s status via a personalized dashboard.

  • If you have concerns about the reported progress, contact our customer support team, and we will address your inquiries promptly.
