At ASOLeap ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to deliver high-quality App Store Optimization (ASO) services for iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS apps. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our Services. By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under specific circumstances to ensure fairness and quality control. Refunds may be considered if:

  • Services Not Delivered: The ASO services (e.g., keyword research, metadata optimization, or campaign execution) are not provided as agreed in your order confirmation or contract.
  • Technical Issues: A verifiable error on our part prevents service delivery, such as system failures affecting your campaign.
  • Dissatisfaction with Results: If results do not meet the minimum expectations outlined in your service package (e.g., no improvement in rankings after full implementation), subject to our review. Note: We do not guarantee specific rankings or download numbers due to app store algorithm variability.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You must provide evidence (e.g., app performance data) to support your claim.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Partial or Completed Services: Once work has begun (e.g., keyword analysis started or campaign launched), fees are non-refundable due to resources committed.
  • Client-Provided Errors: Issues arising from inaccurate app details, metadata, or changes you make post-optimization.
  • App Store Rejections: Rejections or penalties from Apple App Store or Google Play due to your app's content or violations of their guidelines.
  • Subscription or Retainer Fees: Ongoing monthly retainers are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.
  • Third-Party Fees: Any costs from payment processors or external tools are not refundable by us.

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of service delivery or issue discovery via email at support@asoleap.com, providing your order details, reason for refund, and supporting evidence.
  2. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision.
  3. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any processing fees).

We reserve the right to offer alternatives like credits or revised services instead of a cash refund.

Timeframe for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days. The actual credit to your account may take longer depending on your payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Updates will be posted here with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
